Timber Header

Add warmth, depth, and architectural character with Tar River timber headers. Available in 3-1/2" x 7-1/4" or 5-1/2" x 7-1/4" dimensions, each header can be customized with straight end cuts or 4" angled end cuts for the look that fits your project. Note, if you go with the 3-1/2" width, you will need to build out behind it to ensure the header stands proud of the brick mold or stone, typically ~ 1". 

Choose optional pre-drilling, with hardware included, for easier installation and drawknife corners for a softened, hand-hewn finish. All Tar River timbers are resawn straight, square and true. Built from solid western red cedar timber and made to bring a timeless, substantial look to doors, windows, openings and accent walls.
