Because our timber products are custom made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. If the item delivered does not match your order, we will make it right. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of your order to begin a return process.
Damage in Transit?
If your order arrives damaged:
- Inspect and note damage at delivery: Check items and packaging immediately; clearly note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Document and preserve everything: Take photos of packaging and damage, keep all paperwork and do not discard packaging or the damaged item.
- Notify the carrier quickly: Report damage promptly (especially concealed damage) and follow the carrier’s required timelines.
