Because our products range in size—from small corbels to large timber frames—shipping is handled with attention to detail and clear communication at every step.

Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using a combination of:

  • Freight carriers for large or oversized items (posts, beams, pergolas, etc.)

  • Ground shipping for smaller products when applicable

  • Local delivery or pickup options available in select areas

All shipping methods are chosen based on product size, weight, destination, and your preferred delivery timeline.

Lead Times

Lead times vary based on product type and order volume. We’ll provide an estimated ship date at the time of quoting or ordering.

  • Stock items: Typically ship within 5–10 business days, depending on order size and current stock

  • Custom or made-to-order products: Lead times range from 3–8 weeks depending on complexity and season

  • Rush orders: Available on a case-by-case basis—contact us for availability

Freight Delivery Details

For large or palletized shipments:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number and shipping details once your order is on the way.

  • The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

  • Be sure to have the necessary equipment (like a forklift or extra help) to unload your materials safely.

We’ll work with you ahead of time to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Receiving Your Order

Upon delivery:

  1. Inspect the shipment immediately.

  2. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

  3. Take photos of any damage and notify us within 3 business days.

We’re here to help resolve any shipping issues promptly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. These will be clearly outlined in your quote or invoice before payment.
