We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. Because most of our timber products are made to order, we take care to ensure everything meets your expectations before it leaves our hands.
Here’s what to know about returns and refunds:
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Most of our items—like beams, brackets, corbels, mantels, and timber frame components—are built specifically for your project. As a result:
Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
We do not offer refunds on made-to-order items unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
Stock Items
For any in-stock or non-custom items:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Contact us before sending any item back so we can authorize the return and provide instructions.
